How to Take Advantage of the Program

A referral should be made to the Step One RCP either by the parent or Early Intervention service coordinator. Once the referral is received, an appointment will be made for an RCP consultation visit. During this meeting with the child, family and Early Intervention specialists, appropriateness of the equipment will be determined, parents will be instructed on proper care and use, and any adjustments will be made. An Equipment Loan Agreement Form will be completed at that time.
