The Asian Community Counseling Services (ACCS) staff provides child, family and individual counseling, early intervention and school-based services, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, parent/family education and forums and psychological testing.
In support of the services provided by the ACCS staff, we have partnered with several community based health centers and organizations that offer peer mentoring, immigration, legal and fuel assistance as well health care services.
Counseling services are provided through our multi-disciplinary team of social workers, counselors, psychologists, and psychiatrists specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, family issues, acculturation, and elder issues. Medication services, neuropsychological assessments, and psychological and cognitive testing is also available. (Interpreters are available upon request.)
Partnerships with South Cove, Manet, Martha Eliot, Outer Cape and Mashpee Community Health Centers and Quincy Asian Resources Inc., offer ACS clients the ability to access primary and specialty health care and social service agency programs. This integration of services provides a coordinated comprehensive model of care.
Referrals can be made through a provider, state agencies and schools, and through the individual in some cases.
