Skills Training (women)
This psychoeducational group offers a structured program of teaching Dialectical
Behavior Therapy to women. Skills taught include: core mindfulness, interpersonal
effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance Weekly on Mondays
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

Skills Training (coed)
This psychoeducational group offers a structured program of teaching Dialectical
Behavior Therapy to men and women. Skills taught include: core mindfulness,
interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
Weekly on Tuesdays 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
Healthy
Solutions
Composed of men and women with long term mental illness and who are struggling
with symptoms that affect eating habits, motivation, sleep and activity
level. Health Solutions can provide financial assistance with groceries
and/or exercise equipment or membership. Weekly on Thursdays 1:00 - 2:00
pm
Young
Parents Group
A support group for parents between the ages of 18 and 25 who are diagnosed
with a mental illness. Topics for discussion include stress reduction,
relationships, balancing needs of parent and child, and general parenting
skills. Weekly on Fridays 1:30 - 2:30 pm
Anger
Management
This is a 15 week support group for men and women who want to effectively
manage anger in their day to day lives. Participants will learn skills
to help deal with and express their anger constructively. WEekly on Tuesdays
6:00 - 7:00 pm
Interpersonal
Skills
This group focuses on the development and maintenance of social and interpersonal
skills. Participants will gain increasing levels of control, confidence,
and appropriateness in their social interactions. Weekly on Mondays 6:00
- 7:00 pm
