full and part time employees. Below is a brief outline of our benefit
package.
INSURANCES:
To promote healthy employees, we offer comprehensive medical and dental
plans:
- Health Insurance:
Through Tufts Health Plan.
Available the 1st day of the month following date of hire.
- Dental Insurance:
Choice of 2 options through Blue Cross Blue Shield;
Available the 1st day of the month following completion of 3 months
of employment.
To ensure employees have financial security in the event of an accident
or illness, we offer a variety of life and disability insurance options:
- Life Insurance:
Equivalent to 1x annual salary, not to exceed $50,000
Effective the 1st day of the month following completion of 3 months
of employment.
- Supplemental Life Insurance
- Supplemental Short-Term Disability Insurance
FINANCIAL BENEFITS:
To ensure financial security for the future and to reduce current taxable
income, we offer the following options:
- 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan
Available for employee contribution beginning on date of hire.
Employer matching contributions begin after 1 year of employment.
- Medical Reimbursement Accounts
Pre-tax savings of up to $2,000 per plan year for out-of-pocket or over-the-counter
medical expenses.
- Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts:
Pre-tax savings of up to $5,000 per plan year for child and/or elder
care services.
